Terms and Conditions for "Swim with Your Dog" Experience:

Participant Responsibility: Participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for themselves and their dogs during the "Swim with Your Dog" session. Pawseidon will not be held liable for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during the session.

Footwear Requirement: Participants are required to wear clean shoes or water shoes, preferably suitable for water activities. Pawseidon reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant not wearing appropriate footwear.

Health and Safety: Participants must ensure that both themselves and their dogs are in good health and free from any contagious diseases or infections. Participants with open wounds or bitches in season are not permitted to enter the pool area.

Shower Facilities: Shower facilities are provided for dogs only. Participants are requested to refrain from using the showers for personal hygiene purposes.

Swimming Ability: Owners must be confident in the water as the pool depth is one meter. Participants unable to swim confidently should not enter the pool area.

Age Restriction: No individuals under the age of 18 are permitted in the pool without adult supervision.

Session Duration: The session duration is one hour, which includes a 20-minute administrative period for preparation before swimming and post-swim activities. Participants are expected to adhere to the designated time slots allocated for their session.

Supervision: Participants are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times during the session. Pawseidon staff will be present to provide guidance and assistance, but ultimate supervision lies with the owners.

Cancellation Policy: Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of their session. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in cases where Pawseidon cancels the session due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for participant-initiated cancellations or no-shows.

Photography and Videography: Pawseidon reserves the right to capture and use photographs or videos of participants and their dogs during the session for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform Pawseidon staff in advance.
