Pawseidon Puppy Socialisation Classes - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Pawseidon Puppy Socialisation Classes! We're excited to have you and your furry friend join us. Before you book your sessions, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all participants:
1. Health and Vaccinations:

• All participating puppies must be up-to-date with their required vaccinations. Please provide proof of vaccinations upon request.
• If your puppy is unwell or has been in contact with contagious diseases, kindly refrain from attending classes until they are in good health.
2. Training Equipment:
• We encourage the use of positive reinforcement methods in our classes. The use of any aversive training equipment (e.g., choke chains, shock collars) is strictly prohibited.
3. Behavior and Aggression:
• Aggressive or overly fearful dogs may not be suitable for group classes. If your puppy displays aggressive or disruptive behavior, the instructor may recommend private training or alternative solutions.
4. Supervision:
• Owners are responsible for supervising their puppies at all times. Please keep your puppy on a leash and under control during class.
5. Cleaning Up:
• Accidents can happen. If your puppy has a "potty" accident, please clean it up promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
6. Punctuality:
• Classes will start and finish promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you and your puppy are ready to participate.
7. Liability:
• Pawseidon and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property during classes.
8. Cancellations and Refunds:
• If you need to cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
9. Commitment:
• Consistency is key in training. We encourage you to attend all sessions in the course to maximize the benefits for your puppy.
10. Photography and Promotion:
• Pawseidon may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image or your puppy's image being used for such purposes.
