By participating in our puppy soft play sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
• You understand and accept that engaging in puppy soft play activities involves inherent risks to both puppies and humans. These risks may include but are not limited to scratches, bites, injuries, or accidents caused by the puppies' behavior or interactions.
2. Health and Vaccination Requirements:
• All puppies attending the soft play sessions must be up-to-date on their vaccinations as per our requirements. We strongly recommend consulting with a veterinarian to ensure your puppy's health and vaccination status is suitable for participation.
3. Supervision and Responsibility:
• Owners are responsible for supervising their puppies at all times during the play sessions. Our staff will oversee the area, but ultimate responsibility for your puppy's behavior and well-being lies with you.
4. Behavior and Aggression:
• If your puppy displays signs of aggression or disruptive behavior, we reserve the right to ask you to remove your puppy from the play area for the safety and comfort of other participants.
5. Health and Safety Guidelines:
• Please adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by our staff during the session. This may include maintaining cleanliness, disposing of waste appropriately, and following any posted rules.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking and Payment:
• Payment for the puppy soft play session must be made in advance or as per the specified terms outlined during the booking process. Non-payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours) may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
3. Liability Waiver:
• Participants agree not to hold the organizers, staff, or facility liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during the puppy soft play sessions.
4. Changes and Amendments:
• We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or other aspects of the soft play sessions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes.
5. Photography and Media:
• Photos or videos may be taken during the sessions for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission for the use of these images.
